You may use Kipui in anything — personal projects, client work, closed commercial products — for free. You may modify it, copy pieces of it into your own codebase, and redistribute it. You do not owe us a fee, an attribution in your UI, or a copy of your changes.

• The one requirement: if you redistribute the library or a substantial portion of its source, keep the copyright notice and the licence text with it. Shipping a built application to your users is not redistribution in this sense — bundling the components into your app and deploying it needs nothing from you.
• No warranty: the software comes as it is. If it breaks something, that is on you, not on us. Section 3 is the version of that sentence which holds up in court.
• No trademark grant: the licence covers the code. It does not give you the right to use the Kipui name or logo to brand your own product or to imply we endorse it.

The same text ships as LICENSE inside the published npm package, so the copy you install is the copy that governs it.

• Peer dependencies. React, Tailwind CSS and the other packages you install alongside Kipui carry their own licences. Ours says nothing about them.
• Fonts and sample imagery. Typefaces used on this site and any placeholder content in the block previews are licensed by their own authors. Replace them with your own before shipping.
• This website. The prose, branding and page designs here are not part of the MIT grant — see the terms. The code samples on those pages are.

Kipui is developed in a private repository and is not accepting outside code. That changes nothing about your rights above: the MIT grant covers the package you install, its TypeScript source and its types, and it is not conditional on the repository being readable.
